Weekend Update Octoboo! 31, 2009
First, I have a link to a nice story about Bo, our First Dog.
Second, I’d like to recommend a weekly newsletter from Dr. Phil Zeltzman. It contains some great pet information for just about anyone. (Unfortunately there is no sample on his site. You’ll have to trust me and give it a try.)
No update from the puppy diaries this week, but I just had a quick look at the Puppy Diaries Flickr page. Nice photos!
Last, be careful with your pets this Halloween. As you probably no, chocolate is very poisonous for dogs, as are most artificial sweeteners. Keep the candy safely out of reach!
Also, many dogs can become very afraid of people when they are dressed or acting strangely. It’s best to keep them away from the door when trick-or-treaters are coming, and it may be a good idea to leave them home when you go trick-or-treating yourself.
Have fun, and be safe!
