Sometimes you can’t make it to a class, or maybe you need help with a problem that is best addressed in a more personal setting. For this reason, I offer individualized dog training and behavior consulting services at K9dergarten in Jersey City or in your home.
I offer both private sessions, customized to your needs.
Regardless of what you choose, a program will be tailored to suit your schedule and your needs, whether it be a single visit, a small number of visits to address a specific issue, or a complete training program. I am experienced in dealing with aggression, obedience training, and helping families with new dogs or newly arrived children.
For example, if you are experiencing any of these common (and uncommon) problems:
- Jumping up on people and chaos at the front door
- House soiling and destruction
- Biting, nipping and other aggressive or obnoxious behaviors toward people
- Aggression toward dogs and other animals
- Walking politely on leash
- Coming when called

Private training sessions are $145 per session, and $65 per half session. A session is usually about 90 minutes, but can be more or less depending on your needs. I follow up each training session with a written report as well as e-mail and phone support.
Board and Train is priced in conjunction with boarding at K9dergarten, ranging from $300 for 3 sessions with your dog to $560 for 7 sessions with your dog. All sessions include a session with you, after the boarding, to bring you up to date. Please call 201.435.8700 for details.
