A month or so back I blogged about my entry into the “Inspiring Rescue Stories” contest. Voting on this contest starts today. The winner and runner-up will both receive 15% each of the proceeds from Joanne Wannen’s book, New Lives. If Buddha places in the contest I will have Joanne send our share to Pets Without Parents in Columbus Ohio. If Buddha finishes in first, I’ll have the swag (at least as much as makes sense) sent to them too.
So here’s what I need you to do:
- Vote for Buddha. (The voting widget is toward the bottom of that blog entry.)
- Buy the book so there’s plenty of award money for Pets Without Parents. (How can you go wrong with a book about rescues?)
- Tell your friends.
- Leave a comment below.
